Geotechnical engineers in Liberia have submitted a soil investigation report for Cotton Tree Suites and Hotel.  The exercise was carried out on November 12, 2011. The investigation method allowed the sinking of two (2) bore holes/open test pits at selected locations on the site.

This system complies with AASHOT T-203-64 standards for field materials testing and T-88-78; T-95-77; T-100-75 and T-180-74 for laboratory testings.

Our areas of concern were expansive/collapsible soils, consolidation and differential settlement.

All recommendations were review and adopted. The exercise was carried out by Boimah Engineering Inc. Liberia.
