Kimo House foundation work completed

We are completing the foundation construction works on Kimo House. The duration of the foundation phase was extended due to differing site conditions.
A change order was approved, an 8' retaining wall erected creating a split level condition. With the foundation nearing completion, the super structure work is expected soon.
