Moore House to begin phase 2 construction

Moore House to begin phase 2 construction, (super structure). Due to differing site conditions, the foundation design/layout was structurally altered. These modifications extended the construction schedule and duration of the entire project. The addition of ground beams, R.C. wall footings, R.C. floor slab were all part of the structural change/change orders which also affected the construction cost of the project. - Photo news to follow
